Cucumber, Olive, and Feta Salad Recipe

This seriously might be the best salad that I have ever made in my life, and the best part is that anyone can make this.

Seriously.

Anyone.

It’s so easy that…well….you know….

For real, I would LOVE to see someone try to mess this up.

Here’s the recipe for the world’s easiest summer salad.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED!
~1 large cucumber~
~1 can of sliced black olives (I use a 2.25 oz. can)~
~crumbled feta cheese~
~something to cut up your cucumber with~

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO!

STEP ONE

Wash and cube your cucumber.
You don’t have to skin it, but some people hate the skin on cucumbers….it’s up to you.

STEP TWO

Open up your can of olives and drain out all the juice.
Then dump the olives in with your cucumber.

This is a photo of the brand of olives that I use for this recipe….

STEP THREE

Mix the cucumber chunks and olives together.

STEP FOUR
Toss in a handful of feta cheese. (I like Athenos Feta the best!)

Just a handful….I’d say if you want an exact measurement, start with 1/4 of a cup and add more if you really like feta, but 1/4 of a cup should be enough for a large cucumber.

A QUICK NOTE

If you are  making this salad in bulk, then just double the amount of everything you put in.
Also, if you want to, feel free to add balsamic vinegar and some cracked black pepper.

So there you go!
This has been a short little cooking moment with yours truly, and you didn’t even need to heat up a stove!
This is the perfect summer dish for a picnic:)

If you try this, let me know what you think!

Until Next Time!
Peace, Love, and Glitter!
